Citizen Systems America's CT-S300, CT-S310, CT-S2000 and CMP-10 POS Certified with Aldelo Systems
Payment processing for some is about to become more streamlined and much easier. Citizen Systems America’s CT-S300, CT-S310, CT-S2000 and CMP-10 POS printers have been certified compatible with Aldelo Systems state-of-the-art payment processing technologies.
The proven capabilities of Aldelo’s restaurant POS solutions have led to placement of its solutions in service worldwide in more than 30,000 locations. A much sought after certification, it ensures that customers can count on consistent and reliable operation when these listed Citizen Systems printers are used in conjunction with Aldelo technology.
"This certification means that our customers can buy with confidence," said Seth Avergon, senior director of Marketing for Citizens Systems America, in a Friday statement.
"This Aldelo certification is further proof that our products will integrate seamlessly with the leading POS technologies on the market today."
The Aldelo Systems hardware certification is a rigorous process that verifies that specific hardware works with all Aldelo products. The process includes stress testing to ensure hardware performs well in a transaction rich environment.
Once certification is complete, Aldelo’s Technical Support department retains the hardware so that it can better assist customers. Those that use Aldelo software can then use this list to shop for hardware with the confidence that these items will easily integrate with this POS systems.
"Citizen has a history of producing excellent equipment for the point of sale industry," said Harry Tu, CEO of Aldelo Systems, in Friday’s statement.
When customers choose the ultra-portable, wireless CMP-10, the built-to-take-it CT-S2000 with Spill-Shield or the fully featured CT-S310 with the smallest footprint in its class, they have the assurance that seamless integration is possible with their Aldelo POS systems.
Citizen’s also positions its printers as robust, both inside and out, touting that customers can also be confident that Citizen printers are built to take the abuse that waiters, bartenders and cooks can dish out.
Some could argue that the single most important system in the restaurant environment is the POS system. Down time due to any failure in the system can not only lead to loss of revenue, it can also delay customers damaging relationships and loyalty to an establishment.
"Getting orders to the kitchen, processing payments - almost all aspects of restaurant service are tied to these systems," Avergon said. "By selecting one of our POS printers customers can be assured that they have chosen a product that is certified to work with their Aldelo technology and will deliver the service that will keep their business running smoothly."
The POS is one of the most critical elements of customer satisfaction. When a system fails or does not work as it is designed to, the customer can become unhappy and the company is perceived as less than stellar. Citizen’s certification ensures that such a situation will not render a black mark on any business using its printers with Aldelo systems.
