First National Bank of Central Florida Deploys Quest Analytics CRM
Quest Analytics officials said today that they’ll assist First National Bank of Central Florida enhance sales and servicing culture through a combination of marketing segmentation, opportunity lead generation tools and training services.
By deploying the opportunity management software at the First National Bank of Central Florida, Quest is providing bank associates insight into customer needs and assist with offering enhanced services, company officials say. Quest Analytics has decided to implement a series of event-based sales, retention, and servicing leads by using advanced customer analytics and deliver them directly to the branch desktop where action can be taken by bank associates, company officials say.
Charlie Hall, president and chief executive officer of the bank, said that as the company continues to grow, it wants to ensure that customers receive the individual attention and level of service they have come to expect.
By using the tools and sales coaching provided by Quest, the bank will be in an excellent position to find hidden sales opportunities and provide top-quality service on a daily basis, company officials say. In addition, the software will help them to better track sales and referral activities within the bank, company officials say.
Karl Keller, president of Quest expressed his company’s delight to serve First National Bank of Central Florida and assist them as they continue their shift to an enhanced, relationship oriented, sales and service culture. They are combining daily-prioritized leads for customer service, cross-sales, and retention with their front-line and manager sales training.
