Green Beacon Solutions and ClickSoftware to Deliver Mobile Workforce CRM Solution
Green Beacon Solutions and ClickSoftware (News - Alert) Technologies have teamed up to provide a comprehensive field service management solution geared towards service organizations with between 50-500 field employees, enabling access to Microsoft (News - Alert) CRM and ERP applications at anytime and from any location.
Green Beacon Solutions is a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) business strategy and product implementation services, while ClickSoftware offers mobile workforce management and service optimization solutions.
As per the deal between the companies, Green Beacon is expected to work with mid-market customers to implement ClickSoftware’s ClickIMRS (Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services) solution.
Providing seamless integration into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX, ClickIMRS allows mid-sized service organizations to link their field force to all parts of the business, offering equally immediate and efficient responses to customers, according to ClickSoftware.
This offering, according to officials, is tailor-made to meet the needs of mid-sized service organizations that are aspiring to increase their customers' satisfaction and loyalty while sustaining growth and profitability.
Zvi Piritz, senior vice President of global sales at ClickSoftware, expects that this joint partnership will enable field service organizations with field engineer forces of around 50 to 500 individuals to take advantage of optimized scheduling that was previously available only to Enterprise organizations.
“Many field service organizations who have been struggling with legacy CRM solutions are excited about the prospect of migrating to CRM 4.0. ClickIMRS will make this an even simpler transition, providing the robust, cost-effective schedule optimization and resource allocation functionality to field service customers,” added Richard Smith, vice president of CRM Strategy at Green Beacon.
Earlier this year, Green Beacon Solutions partnered with GaleForce Solutions to provide financial services organizations with CRM solutions that help deepen client knowledge and deliver personal service.
