On-demand "How-To" video capsules from the app portal will deliver on-the-spot training for users. The capsules give field technicians an overview of the test methods and procedures that the company recommends. These video capsules can be downloaded and viewed on the FTB platforms.

The company offers innovative solutions for the development, installation, management and maintenance of converged, IP fixed and mobile networks—from the core to the edge and claims to be the first to introduce on-demand timed trials of test applications. Software upgrades can be automated through the EXFO connect systems.
