As part of the Ultra-Low Latency RF initiative in New Jersey, Radio Frequency (RF) wireless communication technologies are being deployed in New Jersey. Cross River Fiber stated that it will provide infrastructure and dark fiber connectivity solutions to support the initiative.

Cross River’s dark fiber network along with ultra-low latency RF technologies should enable redundancy and reliability that support the competitive nature of high speed trading in the New Jersey area.

Cross River Fiber claimed that it advantageously interconnects to carrier hotels, data centers, financial exchanges, and consumer locations, creating unsurpassed networking solutions for its clients. Its fiber network’s footprint is within the NJ/NY metropolitan area and the network is constructed using 100 percent new optical glass and is ultra-reliable and secure.

The company asserted that its solutions should help RF wireless providers, enterprise financial users, and high frequency trading firms establish the shortest most direct physical connection into key financial data centers in NJ. Also with its dark fiber selections ranging from standard product offerings to customized options, clients can choose a solution that is most suitable to their data network and their unique needs.

“By identifying innovative connectivity solutions, Cross River Fiber is able to deliver best-of-breed technology and communication solutions to companies that want secondary and tertiary connections that are as fast as their primary connections. Supporting the Ultra-Low Latency RF initiative in New Jersey is new for Cross River as we continue to develop unique solutions for our end users. This often requires thinking outside of the box and using our niche expertise in design and construction to deploy physical layer network solutions”, commented Vincenzo Clemente, CEO of Cross River Fiber, in a press release.

The company recently constructed a direct, ultra-low latency, high-bandwidth dark fiber network route to Mahwah, New Jersey with Express Direct connectivity to key financial hubs located throughout Northern New Jersey including Carteret, Secaucus and Weehawken. These new routes are stated to offer the most direct fiber infrastructure interconnecting key data centers, financial exchanges, and enterprise campuses for high-bandwidth, resilient, reliable and fast network connectivity.
