Lemko Corporation Provides MVNO Wireless Broadband Solution to Canada's Execulink Telecom
By Anamika Singh
Lemko Corporation, a company for the re-engineering and development of mobile broadband for Internet economics, has reached an agreement to provide Canada’s Execulink Telecom with the critical solution to drive the company’s core voice, SMS and MMS functions.
Execulink, a telephone company based in Burgessville, Ontario, is integrating Lemko’s DiMoWiNe MVNO technology into its operational architecture. Lemko’s technology allows coast-to-coast roaming capabilities with the delivery of data, Internet, cable television and advanced voice features.
Lemko’s DiMoWiNe solution addresses traditional network challenges by virtualizing the network’s core and running it at the eNodeB, creating a flat access network. It places the mobility anchor at the edge of network, moving it as close to the MN.
Lemko’s network solution allows Execulink to provide its “people first” voice and messaging services that are cost effective, easy to deploy and foster a pay-as-you-grow approach. Lemko’s DiMoWiNe MVNO solution seamlessly integrates with Execulink’s Metaswitch platform and enhances the features of the wire line network to the wireless world.
All IMS core functions, including call processing, location registers, SMS and data, are rendered as software on the cloud.
DiMoWiNe network architecture benefits include: optimal routing (flat) paths and disposes of tunneling; off-loads majority of user plane traffic; no backhaul costs; greatly reduces latency; limits signaling overhead; eliminates scalability and catastrophic vulnerability issues; simplifies network design; lowest total cost of ownership.; and integrates seamlessly with legacy 2G, 3G, and 4G networks.
“With an increasing demand for mobility services, Lemko’s DiMoWiNe solution has allowed us to provide our mobility customers with the highest quality of service they have been accustomed to with our current line-up of telecommunications products and services,” stated Execulink CEO, Ian Stevens.
“Lemko’s DiMoWiNe benefits are game-changing,” said Bo Pyskir, president of Lemko Corporation. “We understand the challenges companies like Execulink Telecom face in maintaining the great services they provide to customers while remaining profitable. Lemko’s DiMoWiNe was the only MVNO solution that could meet these challenges.”
