No matter how much technology automates the processes of doing business, the human element will always be essential in order to deal with customers of the organization. In today's customer centric environment, businesses have to engage all of their customers using different touch points. This availability and the data gathered from these interactions is producing information that is being used to improve the products and services the company offers. It is therefore essential to hire an individual that appreciates the complexities of today's available technology for the consumer to ensure the best service delivery.
FiberLight, provider of mission critical, high performance fiber optic networks, has been undergoing some restructuring this year, beginning with the announcement of Paul Pierron as its Chief Executive Officer last month.

She will be reporting directly to Paul Pierron at the company's Atlanta, GA, headquarters.FiberLight has more than 1.3 million miles of fiber optic network offering a variety of services throughout the country. As the adoption of smart mobile devices continues to grow the network the company will be providing services to more and more people looking for fast broadband access.
