Software-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service provider salesforce.com, together with Genius.com, have announced that more than 130 of their joint customers, using SalesGenius via the AppExchange, successfully increased their sales and productivity.
With SalesGenius, salesforce.com users are able to further strengthen their email campaigns including further one-to-one personalization like the ability to send emails from the appropriate lead or contact, and the ability for the appropriate lead to be notified when recipients click through links in the email, thanks to the RealTime Genius tracker.

Further strengthening their email marketing campaigns is the ability to see which prospects are most interested and what they're most interested in, with instant replays of their Web site visits.
Also, with the combined solution, marketing and sales management reports provide overall summaries, and SalesGenuis activity for each lead is automatically updated in Salesforce.
