Salesforce.com and Genius.com Customers Increase Sales Results with SalesGenius via the AppExchange


Software-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service provider salesforce.com, together with Genius.com, have announced that more than 130 of their joint customers, using SalesGenius via the AppExchange, successfully increased their sales and productivity.

 
With SalesGenius, salesforce.com users are able to further strengthen their email campaigns including further one-to-one personalization like the ability to send emails from the appropriate lead or contact, and the ability for the appropriate lead to be notified when recipients click through links in the email, thanks to the RealTime Genius tracker.
 
"SalesGenius delivers critical functionality that makes our Salesforce deployment even more powerful," said Tom Furtney, Sales Director of JobScience. "The ability to instantly track our prospects' behavior, its seamless integration with Salesforce, and its incredible ease of use make SalesGenius an invaluable sales tool which has helped us generate revenue from day one."
 
Some of the customers making use of SalesGenius for AppExhcnge include: EasyLink, EchoSign, Jobscience and Xactly (News - Alert), who have been able to turn e-mail marketing into an instant sales qualifying tool and close more deals, more quickly.

Further strengthening their email marketing campaigns is the ability to see which prospects are most interested and what they're most interested in, with instant replays of their Web site visits. 

Also, with the combined solution, marketing and sales management reports provide overall summaries, and SalesGenuis activity for each lead is automatically updated in Salesforce.

"The AppExchange has allowed us to showcase Genius benefits to salesforce.com users who are eager to extend their CRM capabilities with e-mail campaign tools for marketing and instant lead qualification for their sales professionals," said Felicity Wohltman, vice president marketing of Genius.com.

"Our SalesGenius application seamlessly integrates with Salesforce to provide users with insight as their leads and contacts open their e-mails and then browse to the corporate website."
