Data Exchange Center Inc., based in Brown Deer, WI, was recently purchased by Data Dimensions. An assortment of data processing, transcription and conventional data capture and imaging services are offered by Data Exchange Center.

"We welcome the Data Exchange Center team into the Data Dimensions family,” said Mark Bush, chairman of Data Dimensions. “The Brown Deer operations center will provide a strategic location to better serve the Milwaukee and Fox Valley areas. As always, our commitment to excellence in client service remains our highest priority. We truly appreciate the heart and soul they have put into the business over the last 27 years and are privileged to move forward in growing the legacy that is Data Exchange Center.”

According to Jon Boumstein, president and CEO at Data Dimensions, the organization is striving to retain its top position in the BPA industry. The next step forward for the organization in this progression is therefore this transaction.

The management team at Data Exchange Center has developed a lean operation that can rapidly respond to varying customer requirements. Boumstein added that the acquisitions will ably support the organization’s dedication to follow interesting growth opportunities and enlarge the customer base.

"We are very pleased to join Data Dimensions and are excited about the future being part of a company with strong core values such as our own,” said Mary Poulakos, president of Data Exchange Center. “The extensive business process automation solutions in Data Dimensions' suite of services will be an immediate benefit to our current clients, while continuing the Data Exchange Center tradition of quality and timely service they have come to know."

Customers are able to better administer their business processes and workflows with the help of Data Dimensions, which assists in linking the gap of automation, technology and physical capabilities.

The organization offers a wide assortment of outsourcing and professional services like mailroom management, document conversion services, data capture with OCR/ICR technologies, electronic and physical records storage and retrieval services, and managed services – all provided through the organization’s high-tech tier III data center.
