End to End Networks Offers New Connectivity Solutions for Businesses
Network technologies are constantly evolving as businesses demand more speed to increase their base productivity. To answer this demand in Canada, End to End Networks has added new offers to its broadband services, which already include a wide portfolio of business-class DSL, cable, wireless, T1, and E10/E100 fiber solutions. Currently, the rise of SaaS (News Today, businesses face challenges in network architecture unlike ever before. Their data has to flow smoothly and seamlessly to ensure that communications remain up to par. Many network models increase the amount of time it takes for packets to travel, making it difficult to adopt high-performance applications and solutions that could bolster business productivity. To mitigate this, End to End is providing its businesses with multiprotocol label switching, a mechanism of networking in which packet data is routed with a very short label, as opposed to a full network address. This allows internal communications to occur at a faster pace and packet routing to occur seamlessly. MPLS doesn't make packets significantly smaller, but it does make them easier to route. While it may take several seconds for communications to be restored after a slight network failure or fluctuation under IP-layer communications, MPLS makes it possible to recover within a 50 millisecond time limit. A quick recovery is absolutely essential for VoIP and video conferencing. "We are very excited about this new edge to our business," said Freel. "It falls in line with our Managed Services initiatives and, in addition to our existing solutions, it extends End to End Networks' reach and offers a complete technology solution."
